Hello and welcome!

The foundation of treatment success is a strong therapeutic relationship and belief in the therapy process, it is not one size fits all. In our first sessions together we will get to know one another and build a working relationship. As a trauma therapist we will utilize various trauma focused modalities such as EMDR, sandtray, structural dissociation (parts) and other trauma focused methods. We will determine what works best for you and your goals. Healing can happen quickly or take some time, but my goal is to create a space in which we will figure it out and adjust as needed. I value your time and respect you taking this step.

We will focus on healing trauma, which may mean processing big traumatic events or many small traumatic events you experienced over time. "We may not be responsible for the world that created our minds, but we can take responsibility for the mind with which we create our world" -Gabor Mate

I enjoy what I do every day, and I will be fully present and attuned every session. It is my privilege to work in this profession and I look forward to meeting and assisting you myself or finding someone who can.

A bit about me, I was born and raised in Arizona. I have been married 8 years as of 2023 and we are raising two children, currently 7 and 11 years old. I love to stay active, travel, and spend as much time as I can with my family and our 4 year old pup “Aegon”.

I am accepting appointments with adults, minors 7 and up, and couples. I also have experience working with families to work through trauma, if you are interested in family work we can discuss this as well.

I am an Arizona board approved Clinical Supervisor as well for those looking for supervision as an LAC.

My rates are as follows:

$175 intake for individual/couples/minors (60 minute session)

$200 Family intake (90 minute session)

$175 couples/family (standard 60 minutes session)

$150 individual/minor (standard 60 minute session)
